UnitingCare Community Options supports older people, people with disabilities and carers to live at home in their own community. They provide respite, brokerage and case management throughout Melbourne's east and south.

Solving complicated content hierarchies with grounded UX design

The project

UCCO needed a website and content management system that enabled managers to allocate roles to specific staff for content delivery and to assist in processing of data collected through a range of web forms.

What we did

Through our work-shopping process Smartface built a clear customer identification and communication strategy that UCCO now use to unify marketing, support clients across diverse demographics and improve mission clarity.

In addition, we built a modern website that helps streamline staff workflows via content approval systems and supports complex client data collection for administrative team.
